오리엔테이션부터 출입국관리 법령, 대한민국 사회 이해, 지식재산 제도, 발명과 문제해결, 아이디어 발표 및 실습까지 실무 중심 교육으로 구성되어 있습니다.

참가자들은 이 과정을 통해 지식재산권 출원 역량과 한국 사회·법 절차에 대한 이해를 높여, 창업 준비에 실질적인 기반을 마련할 수 있습니다.

Practical Startup Visa and Intellectual Property Education Program for International Students Preparing to Launch a Business in Korea!

The OASIS1 program is a tailored training course designed to help international students obtain a startup visa and successfully start a business in Korea. It provides systematic education on the basics of intellectual property application, as well as the laws and social knowledge necessary for residing in Korea.

The program covers practical topics ranging from orientation and immigration laws to understanding Korean society, intellectual property systems, invention and problem-solving, idea presentation, and hands-on practice.

Through this course, participants will enhance their intellectual property application skills and gain a deeper understanding of Korean society and legal procedures, laying a solid foundation for their entrepreneurial journey.

※ Each session runs for 50 minutes with a 10-minute break.

※ Completion is recognized with at least 80% attendance.

※ Tardiness and early departures are checked in 30-minute units and deducted from participation time.

※ The schedule is subject to change depending on the circumstances.

※ Applicants are required to complete a phone interview prior to application confirmation.

※ The program will be opened if there are at least 15 applicants.

※ Participants who fail to complete the course due to absence, withdrawal, or expulsion will be restricted from all programs for 6 months after the end date. Exceptions apply with proof of unavoidable reasons (e.g., illness or accident).
