운영 목적: 지식재산권 취득(출원)에 필요한 기초과목 및 국내체류에 필요한 소양 등 교육

비자 점수: 10점

OASIS-1 Basic Intellectual Property Training

Target Participants: Foreign (prospective) entrepreneurs seeking to start a technology-based business in Korea.

Program Objective: foundational courses on acquiring (filing) intellectual property rights and essential knowledge required for staying in Korea.

Visa Points Awarded: 10 points

※ Each session runs for 50 minutes with a 10-minute break.

※ Completion is recognized with at least 80% attendance.

※ Tardiness and early departures are checked in 30-minute units and deducted from participation time.

※ The schedule is subject to change depending on the circumstances.

※ The program will be opened if there are at least 15 applicants.

※ Participants who fail to complete the course due to absence, withdrawal, or expulsion will be restricted from all programs for 6 months after the end date. Exceptions apply with proof of unavoidable reasons (e.g., illness or accident).
